About Founder's Day, YMS pupils - Chamber Music
Celebrating Yehudi Menuhin’s legacy, Founder’s Day is a chance to witness the incredible talents of the school’s pupils. Join them for a concert of chamber music featuring Beethoven’s heroic, boundary-pushing Piano Concerto No. 5 in E-flat Major, Op. 73, known as the Emperor Concerto, performed with a chamber strings ensemble.
There will be a free pre-concert talk exclusively for Friends at 1.30pm, where some of our teachers will share reflections on Yehudi Menuhin’s enduring vision and how it continues to shape their teaching and lives as musicians today.
